I have attached my dad’s DNA certificate from Family Tree. He Americanized his name from Pasquale to Patrick.
I also attached the migration map for the Y DNA.....originated in the Middle East, then moved over Greece and Italy......keep in mind, these are MANY years ago!
The way I understand it, the Y DNA is carried from father to son, and so anyone who is in this line and is male, should have the same DNA. 
John had asked about the two Camillo’s on the Family Tree database.....one is my dad and the other is my daughter.
